Guest guest
THank you. If only it were that easy. I have believed the gut is the root cause for 5 or 6 years now. I know my gut has none of the " healthy " bacteria in it. It's not so easy to heal, though. I've been gluten free, sugar free and on probiotics and digestive enzymes for years and it doesn't seem to improve. I take all kinds of supplements for leaky gut. I take binders at bedtime. Once, for a period of almost a year, I ate almost nothing but homemade soup made with tons of bones. And if the probiotics don't take hold, it's like not taking them at all. I have tried something similar to the specific carbohydrate diet, but again, the gains made during, do not seem to ever last. And what I'm told is that the heavy metals are the reason. Another vicious cycle. ________________________________ From: Stangah <stangah@...> Sent: Monday, March 26, 2012 8:38 PM Subject: Re: Gentle heavy metal detox  I just listened to an interview with Dr Mercola According to his expert a healthy intestinal flora is a great chelator Listen to the interview on this page with Caroline Barringer http://articles.mercola.com/sites/articles/archive/2012/03/18/mcbride-and-barrin\ ger-interview.aspx?e_cid=20120318_SNL_Art_1 Steve On Mar 26, 2012, at 4:31 PM, Kaimowitz wrote: > Hi all - > > It's very clear that heavy metals are a huge problem for me. Guest guest
I highly recommend that you check out the group " Frequent-dose chelation " Andy Cutler's protocol. Messing with heavy metal detox is very serious stuff & I believe he is the most knowledgeable. If you can, read his book & it will all make alot of sense. Guest guest
Stomach acid may be a big factor since low acid means many probiotics, aside from live ones, will even survive the gut acid. We used Yasko's stomach PH RNA for about 3-4 months to get the PH up a but more and the veggies and fruits seemed to take better along with the probiotics. Types O's and I think, type A's tend to have more acid. I'm an O so its been a problem until then. > > > Hi all - > > > > It's very clear that heavy metals are a huge problem for me.
