Guest guest
Low-dose Naltrexone (LDN) lessens FMS pain by an anti-inflammatory action, according to this Stanford study. Notice the dose was 4.5 mg LDN for the 12 week study. http://www.painmed.org/2012posters/abstract-251/ - - - - I've not posted here in some years. I've been taking LDN for several years with good response to easing symptoms of CFIDS and FMS. A 'side effect' for me has been a decrease in allergies, easier breathing, too. LDN in low in cost and is one of two pharmaceuticals that I take, the other being Armour thyroid. Diet and supplements round out my protocol. Hope this helps mjh
