Brown dots sound like liver spots, cross-linking of proteins as the liver is

under stress.

Maybe petechiae. I get them from killing off bartonella or babesia. Perhaps

on the methylation supplements you're starting to kill of bugs, resulting

in petechiae...?

That happens when the platelets are low too. Have you had them checked? I have

ITP ( low platelets) as part of my auto immune issues

This explanation is good but the dietary recommendation is not complete. It does

make the case for a no grain diet, which is part of what i would recommend.

Another other part that is needed i liver detoxification.

The name is based on the color of the spots.
