Guest guest
I am not sure how Ultra-Cal Night helps me sleep deeper or more soundly (it's so hard to tell sometimes with all the supplements we all take) but I think it helps because I wasn't dreaming before adding this supplement, I wasn't remembering that I was dreaming, and when I rarely did dream previously I didn't remember the vividness of it, so I believe it helps somehow. I only take one tab at night, although the product suggests taking more throughout the day even. Melatonin was the biggest help to me in 2003 when I was so ill and sleep deprived but I realize it does not help everyone. What also helped me was going on HRT (hormone replacement therapy) as I was also awakening every hour with hot flashes (now only once about 4 AM). It took six months on a food allergy rotation diet, antiviral meds, melatonin, HRT to get enough rest to where I feel like I kind of " woke up " and was more me again. I got more done in the seventh month than I had two years prior. in La Selva Beach CA On 4/29/2012 11:11 PM, Administrator1 wrote: > > Does Ultra Cal night make you sleep sounder? > > S > On Apr 29, 2012, at 9:58 PM, Schmidt wrote: > > > I have been blessed to have good success with melatonin for sleeping > > since 2003. Guest guest
, How do you buy the home unit? Do you need a practitioner's prescription? Is it preprogrammed, or do you have to get someone to program it for you? Thanks, Ellen Re: Dreaming/Sleeping I bought the home unit. You don't need specialized training to use it - it has present programs on it that can be taken on and off as your needs change. I believe it was $2,500. Yes, that was a lot but it gave me relief from my neck and shoulder pain that no one else could fix. Now I'm using it for sleep, viruses, soft tissue pain, IBS, and adrenal issues. There is training you can take to know how to use it better but I haven't bothered.
