Guest guest
Dr. Austin Darragh is one of maybe only a handful of doctors at consultant level in Ireland who are interested in treating patients (with drugs, supplements, etc.) (as opposed to just management strategies, or just diagnosing people and washing their hands of them). Some people may have seen his name on the International Clinical Criteria for M.E. (Carruthers et al., 2011) but not heard about him before. Tests he sometimes runs include thyroid function, adrenal function, " female " and " male " hormones (Oestradiol, Progesterone, testosterone, etc.), immune testing, etc. Anyway, the Irish ME/CFS Association have arranged for him to give a free talk in Dublin, Ireland on May 26.
