It could be a drop in blood pressure, thank you. Don't know what I would do

about that though.I was thinking it's one of two things - an adrenal response

due to detox. I guess poopin is a form of detoxification. Certain forms of detox

make me weak and give me palpitations. OR it's the loss of minerals and

dehydration since my stools have been so loose. 

I do think the bowels are also irritated and that is why there is pain after the

bowels movements. hence, irritable bowel, maybe?? And that is always due to some

form of unwanted bug in the gut, most probably candida.

Is it a drop in blood pressure? do you have a BP cuff to check?

Is it a muscle spasm problem? Can you try muscle relaxers to see if it makes a

difference?
