Following the successful first Congress in Amsterdam, The Netherlands in

2010, the *2^nd Antivirals Congress* will be organized 11-13 November

2012 in Cambridge MA, USA. The key objectives of this interdisciplinary

and unique congress are:

* To provide a state-of-the-art report for scientists, health

professionals and (non)governmental authorities

* To accelerate progress in the development and application of

antivirals: small molecules and biologics

* To serve as an interface between different interest groups from

academia, those in research and development, regulatory and

governmental agencies, charities, and health and industry

professionals

The Congress will be supported by */Antiviral Research/*, the most

comprehensive and pre-eminent journal for those interested in the

effective control of virus infections in animals and man as well as in

plants or lower organisms.
