Guest guest Posted May 6, 2012 Report Share Posted May 6, 2012 - I've tried several forms of magnesium & couldn't figure out which one worked the best, so I tried Swanson brand - Triple Magnesium Complex (oxide/citrate/aspartate). I take 3 daily. As for the psyllium - it seems to cause my colon to feel full & to move easily. I've always had a constipation problem, but wouldn't know about diarrhea. Diverticulitis is tricky - with an attack, you can't have any fiber & otherwise high fiber wards off an attack. The combination has worked very well for me. I'm sure that I have leaky gut as well but as long as I keep this regimen things feel OK in my gut.
