Guest guest
Hi Amy, Migraines are hard to determine if they are just headaches or true migraines. I am doing research on this now as I thought I was having migraines. Now, I feel that my headaches are not migraines and instead may be due to Chiari malformation or Intercranial Hypertension. Here are some interesting websites that might help: http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/migraine.html http://www.ihrfoundation.org/ My first thought to headaches in the afternoon would be related to diabetes or hypoglycemic event, low cortisol. Your thoughts in regards to hormones, digestion or light exposure certainly could be the cause. HTH, Marti
