Marti,

Did you do any weight lifting while losing the weight? Do you think you lost

any muscle? I'm interested in losing bodyfat not weight. I'm not overweight.

I weigh 175 lbs at 6'2 " with about 17% bodyfat. Are you able to lift

weights? I find that I can do six sets with no trouble. Does anybody else

pump iron? I'd like to get my bodyfat down to about 12%.
