Guest guest
Hi Tony, No, When I started HCG, I was at my lowest, most inactive. I didn't have any muscle to start with due to the years of inactivity. After I lost the weight (and more so because of reduced pain levels due to the low carb diet), I was able to do some regular swimming and weight lifting. This was over the summer last year and it was the best I had been physically (except for worsening POTS). You can lose muscle with the diet if you are not eating right. You must follow the plan exactly. If you do, you will not lose muscle and it will be stored body fat that you lose. Marti > > Marti, > Did you do any weight lifting while losing the weight? Do you think you lost > any muscle? I'm interested in losing bodyfat not weight. I'm not overweight. > I weigh 175 lbs at 6'2 " with about 17% bodyfat. Are you able to lift > weights? I find that I can do six sets with no trouble. Does anybody else > pump iron? I'd like to get my bodyfat down to about 12%. >
