If you use it, its best to go in knowing you will likely get relief - maybe a lot of relief - but it might not be forever. No one knows how long you can take this and what it will do long-term. I know of a couple of people who have relapsed after about 18 - 24 months on the compound. I suspect there are also many who didnt relapse. There are just too many unknowns. I had the idea that I would take it to buy myself some time until they figured out what we are infected with...but that doesn't appear to be happening. I am giving serious thought to ordering it. I suppose my fear about what I've got ti lose is whether I unknowingly am one of the people with other bacterial co infections that may not tolerate gcmaf. You are right that docs are now suggesting on a low dose to try and avoid excess inflammation. I do know of one person who massively reduced their dose and still couldn't tolerate it but she has suspected Lyme I am giving it serious thought. At present I'm trying LDn. I want to give that a good try and am titrating up very slowly I've heard depending on the source of gcmaf the strength varies.
