Get weak for hours after bowel movements

Hi-

I am moving towards the GAPS diet because my candida is never gonna go away and

recently, I've introduced Grapefruit Seed Extract and Biotin along with other

herbs and meds for Candida including Candida Cleanse by NOW and Nystatin. Here's

the problem-

I have always gotten weak after bowel movements, but lately, it's worse than

ever. Can't move for hours, literally. And since starting either the GSE or the

Biotin- (I know, I shouldn't have started both at the same time), I'm even

weaker - can't keep my eyes open, and very sleepy. I thought I would be the

perfect candidate for Biotin- my nails are very very weak, my hair doesn't

really grow, and I have low blood sugar symptoms and pervasive systemic candida.

I have only been taking 5 mg twice a day. Until I understand what's going on,

I'm going to stop both temporarily.

I had great bowel movements until about a month ago - either do to a lot of

stress, a stomach virus or trying to start the GAPS diet and eating way too many

nuts, I have very loose stools several times throughout the day. And I think

this is also contributing and also why I started the GSE. Even when the bowel

movements were well formed, I did and still do have a bunch of pain in the lower

back and where the colon winds around after the bowel movements, so I'm thinking

maybe it's IBS.

Could the toxins in the bowel be recirculating and that is what causes the

weakness?

Any help or advice would be great. I'm at a loss.
