I've watched all her videos, and bought her book.

I am trying to follow the diet she recommends,

and have oxtail bone broths daily, fresh, home made,

It takes a few minutes to prepare, and let simmer

(not boil) for about 7 hours. I can't tolerate pure bone

broth, its too high in glutamate, nor can I tolerate

chicken, fish or any other meats.

If people are fed-up with Big Pharma-paid doctors, and want to get more involved

in diet and supplementation, I recommend finding a good nathopath doctor.

In the USA, you can find one in your area at the " American Association of

Naturopathic Physicians " site:
