Guest guest
Came across this as I was doing nutritional research - thought I would pass this along. It validates that toxins cause cancer AND gives a handy little advice on protection - use Coriander ! http://www.pdrhealth.com/content/nutrition_health/chapters/fgnt35.shtml " Cilantro/Coriander Coriander is rich in coriandrol, which is believed to help combat breast and liver cancers. In animal studies, coriandrol stopped the cancer-causing mold aflatoxin from binding to DNA and triggering liver cancer. " .................................. Guest guest
Angelika, I'm going to look into since I had an aspergillus problem in the house and I had surgery to remove cancerous cyst on one ovary last fall so thanks. One wonders though on source of information if they refer to a mold called 'aflatoxin'. However maybe editor of information is at fault. There isn't an alfatoxin mold I believe. It is a toxin produced by aspergillus, or other mold, isn't it? Perhaps they don't want to mentioned that aspergillus could cause cancer or there may be a panic. ----- Original Message ----- From: <moldhelp@...> > Came across this as I was doing nutritional research - thought I would > pass > this along.
