i found a product that touts improving one's anaerobic threshold by nutralizing

hydrogen ions/lactic acid. below are tyhe ingredients. anyone knowledgeable

enough to say if this helps? i would guess it would for long term efforts, but

for someone housebound, not sure, tho i do sometimes slip past my anaerobic

threshold doing something small.

Jim:  where are all the compounds sourced from?

Would no a good organic liquid minerals do the same?
