For Rich. High Folate,Low Cortisol?

Hi Rich

I have consistently high serum folate levels (top of range) so that would be

mean I couldn't take the folic acid supps for the methylation protocol?

I also have low cortisol and have read that serine can lower cortisol. Is it

going to be a problem if I can't take folic acid and phosphatidyl serine?

Can I still do your protocol?
