I have a few more things to add about Brown and the state of

Kansas. There isn't one agency in Kansas that I am aware of that

will help or that even gives a damn if you have a house full of mold

that you can't live in because you have been the victim of real

estate fraud. The Kansas Real Estate Commission will do NOTHING to

agent/brokers that sell you a house full of mold and foundation

problems even when they KNOW the agents did NOT disclose any of this

if you have a lawsuit filed. So in Kansas you can rip people off

every day and get away with it for YEARS because as soon as you file

a lawsuit the real estate commission will do NOTHING and prior to

filing a lawsuit they drag their feet and take ages to investigate

so the homeowner is forced to file suit. We also have board members

of the real estate commission that are the OWNERS of the real estate

companies. For example, Jerry Reece who owns the reece nichols real

estate offices all over everywhere sits on the board. We bought our

house from Reece Nichols so do you think the real estate commission

is going to investigate or do any thing?

It is also VERY annoying that Brown finds mold in his house

and the news and reporters are all over that story but they could

care less about the regular home owner who's family is sick and

forced to leave their home, paying still for the house they can't

live in and defrauded by our biggest real estate company in town. No

one will touch that story. I have spoke w/ Brown several

times. He has our entire lawsuit, he won't even investigate Reece

Nichols, the agents that sold us the house (they owned the home too)

unless I come up w/ many more people that have problems w/ reece

nichols. Oh and it can't be reece nichols corporate ( I found people

that have moldy homes sold to them by reece nichols corporate) it

has to be the reece nichols alliance offices that I find complaints

about. Plus, he has more then one case involving reece nichols

alliance offices and he still will do NOTHING!

Brown hasn't done anything to help us. I have talked with him several

times thru e-mail and he hasn't done a thing for us.

[] Yes, , there are elected officials who have

been affected.
