Guest guest
Hey hey hey.... it's Saturday!! How are you all doing? Eileen...? WW check-in for the week? Coming into Thanksgiving "week" for us in the U.S. - notice I say "week". Some people make it a point of eating "bad" for the entire week. Just remember, holidays and special occasions do not have to give us license to derail our own goals. Just have a "little" of the good things... a few of this and a little of that. Then get over it. LOL... Christmas is just around the corner from that. I "only" went to Curves 3x this week and the stats are not in for the walking minutes this week yet, so I will have to report on that later LOL.... all in all, it was pretty good. Have a great weekend, folks!
Guest guest
,Thanks for checking on me! I'm down 1.2 which nearly cancels out my gain from last week. My sister just broke 25 lbs in about 18 weeks, but she absolutely deserves it - she's been going to the gym 6 days a week, 30 minutes on the elliptical. I'm so proud of her - she has maybe 20 lbs to go, at the most.Tonight, there is a Thanksgiving buffet at Mom's retirement complex. All the good stuff, all the trimmings. So we need to do this whole turkey day thing twice this week - EEK.Other than that, things are going OK. I have next week off, to help clear out Mom's house to get it ready for sale. We've been dreading it but I'm sure it won't be that bad once we get started. There is still electricity and water so we can make a pot of coffee or a cuppa tea and put the music on loud.Eileen in OR Sponsored Link Mortgage rates as low as 4.625% - $150,000 loan for $579 a month. Last I heard you were at like 8.something gone.... this is still good. Goal now is to get through the holidays without gaining. Losing will come again after that ya know?? >> Tonight, there is a Thanksgiving buffet at Mom's retirement complex. All the good stuff, all the trimmings. I don't know why they did this to themselves. Notice I am not accepting a potluck 2 days before Thanksgiving LOL!! If it were family or something else where I felt I " had to " maybe.... but not for work.... >> Other than that, things are going OK. Have a good week, if we don't hear from you in the meantime.
