Mr. Brown got his money. I am not aware that he has lifted one finger to help mold victims, even though the request has been made of him by Mold Victims in his own state where his paid function is to assist consumers, Kansas. Mold-help.org has a whole list of them! Brown, who runs the division, has filed suit in ee County against chairman Tim Shallenburger. Brown claims a ranch-style home he bought from Shallenburger in 2003 has termite damage, mold and problems with the boiler, air conditioner and living room windows.
