,

Yes, there are. Brown, head of CONSUMER AFFAIRS for the Kansas

Attorney General's office. The case settled. Mr. Brown got his money. I am

not

aware that he has lifted one finger to help mold victims, even though the

request has been made of him by Mold Victims in his own state where his paid

function is to assist consumers, Kansas.

Mold-help.org has a whole list of them!

Modified:3/5/2005 7:33:40 PM Mold Lawsuit in Kansas TOPEKA, KS (AP) --

Mold has pitted the head of the Kansas

Attorney General's consumer affairs division against the chairman of the

Kansas Republican Party.

Brown, who runs the division, has filed suit in ee County against

chairman Tim Shallenburger. Brown claims a ranch-style home he bought from

Shallenburger in 2003 has termite damage, mold and problems with the boiler,

air conditioner and living room windows.
