I am in Delaware and I remember the case when I was working on my

case in 1999. I actually went to this lawyers office and the lawyer

was waiting for my results to get back from Dr. Johanning office.

Unfortunately it took 8 months to get my appointment with Dr.

Johanning and then he resigned a few weeks after my visit. It took

quite a while to get my report back from Dr. Johanning and by then I

was so involved with my case the lawfirm was afraid to get involved.

I did a good job and almost had a New York lawyer signed on but the

Judge would not allow us the time to get a Delaware lawyer. I

suspect something was not right. The people I was after were a large

corporation in Delaware. In the Stoat case, I believe the one lady

had brain damage. I don't know much else about the case.
