Guest guest
thanks for all the responses. I'm still not sure I am experiencing one, but I am experiencing very subtle discomfot in my chest and throat - a very mild version of what I was feeling when I was sniffing around under the floorboards for mold (I had stachy, asper/pen and chaetomium, all the bad stuff at moderate levels, but wasn't living in the place when it was all airborne which happened during renovation). So what might I be reacting to? Spores or mycotoxins? Are they one in the same and do they cause similar reactions in people? And do we have to worry about cross contamination of mycotoxins as we do with spores? sorry for all the questions, but do Hepa air purifiers and vacuums really help?
