Guest guest
Just as a note about what mold persons endure....besides the crushing physical, mental and emotional symptoms and damage... I moved out of my dangerous apartment (left everything behind 3 months ago) and to another unit at the suggestion and welcome of the apartment complex. This was to be a temporary lodging until the remidiation was negotiated and completed. The second apartment was in-lieu of sending me to a hotel at their cost. Over the last three + months I have spent thousands in medical bills, replacing basic household items, renting a car intermittantly (my car was parked in the Stachy garage and I got a slam every time I drove it), replacing basic clothes so I can at least go to work, - you have no idea and neither did I how expensive it is to start from the beginning. I have been sleeping on an Aerobed on the floor. I gave them this bill three weeks ago and they didn't blink. Belive me - I would and should have left the whole complex period but I couldn't afford to rent a new place AND replace basic neccessities and so was forced to hunker down here for a while. Anyways - I hired a well-known mold attorney who last week did an investigation of the complex and interviewed the roofer and others who had knowledge of my aprtment's 3 year history of water damage and mold. Guess they didn't like that. Today - I awoke to an eviticion notice. Nice. Now the harrassment starts. Us moldies live in hell. But this type of retaliation would only be appropriate if someone had been treated REALLY badly, such as getting tossed out on the street... I would certainly never suggest that anyone do this, but if someone were made angry enough, a person might consider things like this. -

Seriously, that's just about what one landlord did for an apartment building without knowing it. Even funnier ( And I just realized this) since I could no longer go into my contaminated apartment and all my belongings were there she actually helped herself to a few things she wanted. May Stachy follow her the rest of her life. I have never truely recovered. Lori and Meow Cat
