As many of you know, I have been falsely acused of libel in an attempt to

shut me up. It's not working. I'm just getting louder! The following is the

beginning of a series of about 10 or so posts that I will be making on

Sickbuildings today. It's really going to make your blood boil to understand

WHY

your doctor does not know how to treat you or treat your children.

with libel suit by Bruce Kelman and GlobalTox, Inc.:

The following are a series of posts taken from the ToxLaw, Black Mold

Chatboard. They start on July 8, 2005 and end on July 13, 2005. They are in

regard

to the SLAPP suit (Strategic Lawsuit Against Public Participation) filed

against me, Sharon Kramer, by toxicologist and mold expert defense witness,

Bruce Kelman, and the environmental risk management company of which he is a

principal, GlobalTox, Inc.

I am falsely being acused by Kelman and GlobalTox of libelously making an

accusation of perjury when I wrote that Kelman “altered his under oath

statements†on the witness stand. He did alter his testimony. You can read it

yourself, following the allegedly libelous press release I authored. Read on

beyond the press release to understand the true reason Kelman and GlobalTox

have

filed this suit against me. View the information they desperately DO NOT

WANT THE PUBLIC TO KNOW about the American College of Occupational and

Environmental Medicines, Adverse Human Health Effects from Mold in an Indoor

Environment, “Evidence†Based†Statement. This lawsuit has nothing at

all to do

with five little words that are in a press release. When Kelman filed this suit

against me, I do not believe he was aware that I have in my possession, the

emails between ACOEM members, the ACOEM Board and the GlobalTox principals,

from the time period when the ACOEM Statement was being drafted.
