That's the best way to do it. I know a lot of people who belong to WW tossed their scales and decided to only use the official weigh-in scales. It helps prevent driving yourself crazy from weighing every day and getting those normal fluctuations.

Jodee, Congrats on the weight loss!!!!! I love and hate my scales at home! I tend to weigh myself way too much especially when I am trying to lose weight! I can go for a week or more when I am not paying attention to what I am eating. If I am trying to lose weight I hop on the thing at least once a day I know not healthy to do. Congrats again! a

I feel like I need the scale at home. When I do not I

gain weight and am shocked when I get to the doctors.

I just recenlty got a new scale that measures

accurately up to 350 (I hope I never need it ) but it

also tracks weights and goals and tells how many more

pounds to go until the goal.

Everyone is different, but I need it and I really

think I do better with it.

Congrats on the weigh in Jodee!! Good for you!! I try to stick with my WW weighing for the same reason. Too many fluctuations during a week anyway, so it's better to not obsess over it.

I

can’t believe it, even though I ate out at restaurants twice this

week (and had 2 glasses of wine), I still lost 5.2 pounds for a total of 24.6

in 5 ½ weeks!!!!!!

I am feeling so

good about things, the weather has been nice and sunny and it just makes me

want to get outside an exercise – last week my friend and I walked for 2 ½

hours, mostly uphill – it felt great!  I was a little sore the next day,

but it was a good sore!

Down 5 to 282. Started working out last week and it's going great! 2 days per week, 30-60 cardio and then 1 pass on the circuit training. Next week I'm going to add in 1 yoga and 1 additional workout on the off days so I'll be up to 3 workouts and 1 stretch and tone type of day.

Awesome Chris! How did the rest of the week go for you? And it is *this* week you are adding in the additional workouts? Good luck - have a great week!!
