was only able to do half of it, but at least I tried.

That's GREAT ! Even 5 minutes of a video is better than nothing,

right?

We all say the same thing when we hit some arbitrary weight (It's 250

for me) and swear that we'll never let ourselves get there ever again,

but always do. :(

believe I am so heavy again. It is so easy to gain weight and so hard

get it off.

, read the side effects of some of your medications. I'll bet most

of them say they can cause weight gain or increased appetite.

Hang in there!!

it is great you faced the scale. I know it is hard not to look back. Learn from it and move forward. Before you know it 299 will be in sight.

You did GREAT !! Better then I have been able to do! I have not

been able to find the motivation at the right time to exercise. I

guess I need to go back to my old calanders and start keeping track.

It really made a difference to see it in print what I was or was not

doing.

I have a big mug of

My goal today is to drink water at work in place of my Diet Coke. I

normally drink an entire 2L at work. I need to get in real water and

start today!

I hear ya! I have struggled to maintain my 378 for the past few

years and weight loss has just not happened.

Hi ,

I'm back too and just about where you are - I went from 330 to 265 and am back up to 324.6. I said never again - I was wrong.

But we are both taking steps to get back in control. We can do this. I'm looking forward to feeling great '08.

I have a big mug of water that I am going to try and get drank by the end of the day. I got on my own scales today and it said I weigh 346. "Yuck!!!!!!! !" I remember when I got below 300 and I said I would never weigh over 300 again. I can't believe I am so heavy again. It is so easy to gain weight and so hard to get it off.

You guys as you know are not alone.

I went from 325 to 169 and now am back in the 240s (down from 273 this

summer). I said never again also and thought I had finally made a

permanent change because I was exercising all the time and eating right for

over a year then life changes came into play and back to bad habits. UGH
