The best advice I can give you. No matter what diet or life style you choice. WATER, EXERCISE, and portions are a part of it. Maybe start off my journaling those 3 things and see if the scale moves for you.

Welcome !

Hello people. I'm a stay at home mom of 3 kids. My son has ADHD. I

have to take him to dr. alot, but I love to eat. I have no energy. I

need ideas on gettin motivated and eatin healthy. I am a VERY picky

eater. I don't like salads. I can't make myself eat them either(i use

them to feed my rabbit). I like celery, apples, oranges, bannanas, but

I also love my pasta's, potatoes, and pizza. Does anyone have any

ideas to help me start losing. I would like to get rid of at least

125 pounds. I fix quick easy meals for family and I know they are not

that healthy. Please give me some ideas.

I've started usuing the lite white bread which is thinner slices for a

start and drinkin lots of water,
