Maybe start off my journaling those 3 things and see if the scale moves for you. N.H.Start the year off right. Easy ways to stay in shape in the new year. Guest guest Posted January 12, 2008 Report Share Posted January 12, 2008 Welcome ! Hello people. I'm a stay at home mom of 3 kids. My son has ADHD. I have to take him to dr. alot, but I love to eat. I have no energy. I need ideas on gettin motivated and eatin healthy. I am a VERY picky eater. I don't like salads. I can't make myself eat them either(i use them to feed my rabbit). I like celery, apples, oranges, bannanas, but I also love my pasta's, potatoes, and pizza. Does anyone have any ideas to help me start losing. I would like to get rid of at least 125 pounds. I fix quick easy meals for family and I know they are not that healthy. Please give me some ideas.
