Guest guest Posted March 18, 2008 Report Share Posted March 18, 2008 Hi everyone... I am not quite back up to my 25 minutes, but up 5 more from yesterday! I probablly could have gone another few minutes but didn't want to push it too much, and I was getting that itch/tickle in my throat that wanted to make me cough and cough so I stopped. I am ok with my calories.... I have such a hard time getting them all in... normally not a problem in the past, but I am getting set in my ways... I'm at 813 so far today a little more then yesterday before work. I did manage to get in my total and a few more yesterday at work and after I got home. I need to plan a little better. Today will be different, I will try to eat a real meal at work and get my calories up a bit more there, maybe a snack on my way in too will help. I am just in the mind set " low cal, low cal, low cal " and well.... that ends up being too few. I decided today that I will try to plan Sunday as the cheat day and since I am sort of control of the food that we will have on Friday that I will save some calories for drinks since I have been short most days I should be fine doing it that way. The big problem is the company that we are having over is very VERY picky about their food and what they will and will not eat. That will make it challenging, but I will take it just as that a challenge to make healthier foods that everyone will eat.
