Guest guest
Good job Sapphy - keep up the good work. If you *have* to buy that trail mix, measure it out into "controlled portions" so you don't mindlessly munch through the whole bag. I have to do that. in WA310/255.0/170- 55 lbs total (15.0 from half-way point)The race is not always to the swift, but to those who keep on running.-AnonymousStart the year off right. Guest guest
>cut the snacks (decided to not buy any more of the trail mix uggghhh) and sticking with my controlled portions. You can always portion out that trail mix in those tiny ziplock snack-sized bags. Those bags come in very handy. Sue in NJ
Guest guest
Congrats on the loss, Sapphyre! I tend to stay on plan easier when we don't have money for more food. I'm not sure why that is, though. Good for you for sticking with it! Cheers, Bonnie > > Down 1.7 pounds from last dramatic weighin. Working to keep it coming down. Going to be a lean week, we're broke again and out of food for the most part, all I have left are fairly healthy things, chicken breasts, talapia filets, bruschetta rounds for snacks with laughing cow cheeses. Oatmeal for breakfast. So I'm encouraged and fighting. > > > *~*~*~* > " This is no longer about what I HOPE to accomplish. This is about what I MEAN to accomplish.
