Guest guest
> My asthma is getting so bad I need to go back to the doctor to get some kind of daily treatment, I just can't breathe anymore. Did you get a fall allergy season where you live? Here in NJ it was warm for so long and then wham! cold weather that the pollen never really went up. But on the years when it *does* my asthma would get really bad and during some allergy seasons I would need to go on not only anti-histamines but oral steroids for a few weeks. Don't play games with asthma, go to the doc! Good luck! Sue in NJ
Guest guest
Mine alright. I've done ok foodwise this week and was very active yesterday. I weighed today, probably should have waited till the weekend, I've managed to gain 7 pounds. I have to remember I'm post-TOM so I could lose a bit of that by the end of the week yet. But I am doing well eating ... the gain came from last week when I was so out of control. I'm ok though I'm still well into the 230s didn't get over 240 again. I don't think I'll see 240 EVER again so I'm happy about that. I wasn't able to get the pedometer I wanted I ran out of money but I'll pick it up over the weekend, I get paid Friday. It's gone back to cold and dreary here so stamina to get out and do things is kind of waning. But I'll persevere. How's everyone else getting over this hump day?*~*~*~*"You can deprive the body, but the soul needs chocolate" -Sapphyre*~*~*~*"Giving Up Is Not An Option ..." - Sapphyre Be a better friend, newshound, and know-it-all with Mobile. Guest guest
Mine has been alright too, so far!! I weighed myself and lost 3lbs this week!!!! Almost out of the 240's!!! I haven't been this heavy for 11yrs when I had my youngest. I guess I can't blame my weight on the kids anymore!! LOL I got my food mover yesterday but have been watching what I eat and taking Alli. I just found the pedometer I had in a box since we moved in with my parents for me to take care of dad, he has parkinson's disease. Talk to everyone later!! > > Mine alright.
