Yesterday and Today

Hi Everyone...

Yesterday I did manage to get in my 24 minutes on the bike, then had

to shower and head for a stress echo.... that was the strangest

thing... racing heart for no reason (other then the meds they gave

me to do that). I actually felt my heart skip a few beats, but no

one ever said anything.... other then that it went well. No chest

pains so I just need to wait until I see the cardio for the clean

bill of health.

After that I picked up subway for dinner, I studied their

nutritional information and know what I can get and I purchased

eveyone else what they wanted... got home and had been called in to

work at 6pm, so I ate and then took a few chips... and a few more

and oh yes a few more... needless to say thanks to those chips I was

over my calories for the day. I should have just left the room when

I was done eating, but figured I would sit with the girls and hubby

while they finished. The girls hate it when I have to work on non-

scheduled days.

Today has gone ok so far... down 2lbs for the week! Food is a bit

off today, actually short on calories for the time of day, but I am

sure I will do fine by the end of the day. I don't know that I will

get on the bike today as I am trying to get the 3 girls rooms clean

along with the living room and family room, guest bathroom, front

hallway...... well you get the picture. The kids are like tornados

that go from room to room and never clean up after themselves until

I force them to.
