I turtled this week - no gain, no loss.

This, despite two distinctly off-program meals, Thursday lunch (buffalo wings and fries), and Friday dinner the best roast beef I think I've ever had. OMG it was good.

OK, well, technically, both of these could be on program, depending on what else I ate. The premise of the flex plan is you CAN eat anything, if you plan for it. The buffalo wings with the fries was not the best choice, but they are SO GOOD, and I go there maybe 4 times a year. The roast beef dinner was high points but generally nutritious. There were sauteed vegetables, garlic mashed potatoes and a large green salad and no dessert. I felt I could do that because I had only a salad for lunch.

I did ride the bike very briefly last Saturday, and I will do that again today. I need to sit down and organize my morning to see if I can use it for my commute - that would be the easiest way to get the exercise in, is to make it part of the routine, part of what I need to do every day anyway.

Now, it's nearly 11 and due to errands, weigh-in and such, I haven't even had BREAKFAST yet. Gotta go fix that....
