I want to share with you two websites, if you are interested: www.mindlesseating.org which goes in conjunction with the book called "Mindless Eating" - there is a lot of good information here. When I clicked into the free newsletters, at the top, I found another website to check out the psychology behind it: www.foodpsychology.cornell.edu Also, FLY Lady (Marla Cilley) has a book "Body Clutter" that might help you get through some of the "why's" behind overeating.
