Guest guest
Hi there friends. Sorry it has been a few days or so since I last wrote to you. Tomorrow I will be starting my eating right and exercises. My hubby is going to help me. I watched some shows on TV today that really made me stop and think. They were showing people who were around 500 pounds. If I don't turn myself around I will end up like them. I also watched some re-runs of Biggest Loser. Also I am having trouble walking again, so I just got to do what I know I need to do. I lost weight and I can do it again. I will try and start posting here every day. Let you know my ups and downs and also be encourger to you all. Also those who haven't met me yet. I hope to get to know you soon. Glad your here. from MO. Did you ever look into the chair exercises like people suggest here now and then? Or the tv show Sit and Be Fit? If you have cable tv, some services have a free on demand station that has full length exercise programs. You can just pull up a chair and do the upper body movements if you can't stand for too long a period of time. Check with your local library for other exercise videos that can be done by either the handicapped or seniors. The steps are usually slower and much less intense than regular videos. And if you have some Christmas money put aside for weight loss expenses, look into the videos by Bliss: http://www.kellybliss.com On the top of the page you'll see a category called Plus Sized Fitness, and a link under there to help you choose the right video for your current fitness level. All her videos are for the large sized woman and many super-sized women are usually shown as participants. >I lost weight and I can do it again. More importantly, you'll get your diabetes under control again and improve your overall health. >I will try and start posting here every day. Good. We get worried when you don't post and dread getting another message from your husband telling us you're not feeling well again. Keep coming back and let us know how it's going each day. Sue in NJ I had to quit jogging for health reasons...my thighs were rubbing together so much my underpants caught on fire

Guest guest
If you go to Walmart to get a salad spinner, make sure it's well built and of good quality. I bought one there. Its difficult to use and its is flimsy. My grandson uses it as a top. ew Re: ready to start walmart > > ok...I'm ready to start excited with some questions. > > Question 1 > It turns out I had one of those little green sprouters with three > containers.
