Hey there friends, hows it going? I did good today. I ate right so far. My mother and I split a grilled chicken salad and a small bowl of fruit from Chick-fil-a for lunch. My mom and (mu husband) and I walked out at the mall today. They have wheel chairs there, so I walked what I could and I rode the rest. I think I did pretty good. I mostly walked, by at a really slow pace. At least I was able to walk. Tomorrow I am going to a doctor that I don't know what he does. I know it has something to do with my knees, but I don't know what. I will let you know when I get back. I have athritis (sp) in both my knees. Well, I better go for now. from MO.
