So for lunch after the gym I decided to stop at Subway, now normally I end up with a sub on a special bread with cheese and end with a footlong,which ends up being a gazillion pts. but today I feel quite proud of myself because I had a 6 inch on wheat with NO cheese ( love cheese) with my lettuce, cucumbers and green peppers and pickle for 5 pts which is great and I get to count a veggie too. So feel good about that and not having a high pt lunch.
