Ok. I am having a MAJOR problem in evenings. While I'm watchin tv,

all I want to do is eat!! I am so used to doing that. I even thought

about starting to crochet or something to use my hands so I wouldn't

want to eat. Does anyone have any ideas?? I've been using the slim

fast optama shakes and drinkin tons of water. I hope someone has some

ideas.
