very proud of the chinese food decision. FOR me when I have chinese I can count on a gain BUT if I do my water can flush it out. BUT it taste good going down BUT oh boy next day is awful. In the schools they even discourage treats for occasions. Maybe ask for salad bar as a reward. Bowling sounds fun. Can you take the boys with you maybe to family day at the gym. When I was young we used to go to the Y as a family. I have fond memories of that.

I think what I will do when the time comes, is register as a "family" - it's *only* what, $8 more a month and then all 3 boys can go with me. I am sure they would enjoy it from time to time, especially when it is too hot or cold to want to be outside. Pool, courts for b-ball, etc.... they'd enjoy it!!

Salad bar sounds good - we've done potato bars before for our potlucks. Mmmmmmm!!
