ON THE TABLE, ETC., AD INFINITUM

RE: Call for Participants in a National On-Line Survey

on Accessibility and Health Care

Have a disability?

Tired of inaccessible medical equipment, offices, hospitals?

Want a role in reducing these barriers?

Our colleagues at the Rehabilitation Research and Training

Center (RRTC) on Health & Wellness are asking people with

disabilities to participate in an on-line survey identifying

barriers to routine health care.

Information gathered from this survey will be used to

develop a checklist which health care providers can use to

assess their accessibility.

We at ILRU are impressed by the efforts of the staff at the

RRTC H & W to conduct research which is both pertinent and

applicable, and we hope that you will participate in this

survey.
