Guest guest Posted March 3, 2008 Report Share Posted March 3, 2008 Monday is my normal weigh in and I gained exactly 1 pound so I have a total loss of 5.8 pounds since I started. I had a couple of bad days and I kind of thought that I might have a small gain. So, I am back on track and I am watching my calories on www.my-calorie-counter.com and it is awesome. I also took a big step and got a membership to the local rec center. The kids and I went Saturday and we swam. It was a lot of fun. tomorrow I plan on going and checking out the weight machines. I am psyched about it. I haven't exercised in so long. Last night dh and I took a nice enjoyable walk and it was a bit of a work out. He walks way faster than I do.
