Guest guest
Well, today hasn't started off very well. I found myself to be extremely hungry this morning so the slimfast shake just didn't cut it. I gave in and had 2 pancakes with syrup, no butter. But, I sat down and calculated and I am still going to be within my alloted calories for the day. So that is a good thing. I am also having a hard time getting water in today. I am gagging on the water today. I just don't like water and getting it down today is a real challenge for me. Oh.... I am trying so hard. On a good note, I did get up and do my 30 minute walk away the pounds dvd. So, that is a good thing. We are getting ready to head out to the movie theatre with the kids to see Horton Hears a Who. The kids are really excited about seeing it. I want to see it too. I am a big Dr Seuss fan. So, I hope the rest of my day gets better. I am going to try to abstain from having any popcorn at the theatre. I don't need the salt as I am still swollen today. Anyway, here is what my food looks like for the day. Breakfast: Slimfast shake and granola bar Snack: 2 pancakes with syrup Lunch: Salad with fat free dressing Snack: granola bar Dinner: tatertot casserole Calories 1694 Water 80 ounces (still working on it) Happy Wednesday,
Guest guest
, It sounds like even though you didn't start out well you were able to make adjustments! I understand about being hungry. For some reason today I have been starved for the past hour or so... I think part of it has to do with watching food network. They were supposed to have some healthy recipies on there.... hummm I could make them a little healthier then they did, but oh well. I hope you and the kids enjoy the movie! I am thinking about waiting until spring break and then taking the girls. I am sure they will love it. I don't know that I could handle the popcorns siren song though... maybe I will have to sneak in some goodies for me. The theater that we go to really has a pretty relaxed attitude to people bringing in things. I still feel guilty and try to hide the pop for the kids anyways. I can't afford the ticktes, pop, and popcorn so somethings gotta give! Have fun!a Never miss a thing. Make your homepage.
