Hello :) Here's my first group weigh in (yay).

Down 5 to 282. Started working out last week and it's going great! 2

days per week, 30-60 cardio and then 1 pass on the circuit training.

Next week I'm going to add in 1 yoga and 1 additional workout on the

off days so I'll be up to 3 workouts and 1 stretch and tone type of day.

Congrats to Sapphyre on your -1, wtg on your healthy eating, GO

a and wtg on your healthy eating and excercise, hope gramma

is doing well. Very inspiring, you guys rock! Sorry if I missed

anyone :)
