Went grocery shopping and it seems groceries just keep going up and up. what normally costs me about $270 was $338 today. So, I was kind of aggravated too. Any way moving on. Breakfast : slim fast shake and banana Snack : granola bar Lunch: slim fast shake and 1 cup of peaches Snack: 5 pieces popcorn chicken ( big mistake didn't check the calories until after I ate them) Dinner: 4 ounce pepper steak, 1/2 cup mashed potatoes, 1 cup green beans Snack granola bar total 1644 calories for today 4 20 ounce bottles of water 1 15 minute set on the treadmill ( hip is hurting a lot today) Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
