I was in kind of a funk today and ate kind off. I ate about 150 calories more than I should have. I felt a little bit hungrier today than I have been feeling, and I caved to the desire. I also didn't get in all the water that I needed today. Now,today is 2 days that I didn't get in the water and 2 days I didn't get on the treadmill so I am 0 for 2 in my goals for the week. I am not going to beat myself up because of it though. I am going to do better tomorrow. I want to weigh 269 by April 30th. that will be a 9 pound loss, and I am determined to do it. So, I gotta get out of this funk and get the water in. Good luck tomorrow ladies and gents and good night. EMily

Well,finished getting her butt kicked with The Firm The Tortoise / Slow & Heavy workout with Tracie Long. The workout is a mix of weight work and cardio segments that have ballroom aerobics such as the Walt's and ton that really kick your butt! I used 16lbs on the body bar and got thru most of the segments with the bar with out having to take a break. For free weights I was prod to say it was 10 and 15lbs. However for push-ups I did girly push ups though! The ballroom aerobic segments are fun even though I have two left feet!! I did have to take a 5min break during the workout because my left quad got very sore I suspect it just might have been a crap but I decided to spray some muscle relaxant on it and just rest and it is doing better now. Overall I would give today's performance a solid 7.5 / 8.

As for tomorrow I'm not sure if I want to do a Margaret video or a quick " new " Firm Video. What do you gals think?
