Guest guest Posted March 11, 2008 Report Share Posted March 11, 2008 I was in kind of a funk today and ate kind off. I ate about 150 calories more than I should have. I felt a little bit hungrier today than I have been feeling, and I caved to the desire. I also didn't get in all the water that I needed today. Now,today is 2 days that I didn't get in the water and 2 days I didn't get on the treadmill so I am 0 for 2 in my goals for the week. I am not going to beat myself up because of it though. I am going to do better tomorrow. I want to weigh 269 by April 30th. that will be a 9 pound loss, and I am determined to do it. So, I gotta get out of this funk and get the water in.
