Good Morning All, I do apologize for not being as active in this group as I should be, 3 days after joining my grandmother(94) came down with pnemonia and I have been caring for her not alot of Computer time. I did my weigh in @ the gym yesterday with our PT and here are my results for this month: 9.8 Lbs lost 1.88 % body fat lost 1 3/4 inches off my waist Not alot but I am dang sure happy with it :)

Hi all :) Happy Thursday, sorry I'm a day late on the weigh in. -1

this week. I had the flu early in the week so no workout :( Tonight is

monthly book club so I guess I'm grateful to be down anything. I

joined an online free weight loss place so I'm looking forward to

Happy Belated. I was 41 on the 5th. ARIES babies. Move forward after your bad week. I kindof knew I would eat not so good over weekend do to BDAY. So I just gave myself the weekend and today will move forward. I did walk 2 miles yesterday which helps.

Great job on the loss a. That is awesome that you are able to do that much and that fast on the treadmill. I never could get over 2mph on mine. I don't do it any more at all, it is just too hard on my hips. In fact I sold it and am waiting for the young woman to come pick it up. I hope you have a calmer coming week also. a, you are dong great with the treadmill and the weight loss. Keep up the good work. don't beat yourself up over one day of missing. You body has to have a day to recuperate.
