Guest guest Posted January 6, 2008 Report Share Posted January 6, 2008 Well I am glad to see 2007 go started it out with marital problems, having back surgery in July due to falls on the ice in January and Febuary and ended with me totalling the car (dang deer) and killing the washing machine all in the same week. With everything that went on I always had what seemed to be the " perfect " excuse of why I didn't have time to exercise. Well there is no excuse for sitting on my butt! My resolution to get up and get moving has worked but I haven't been serious enough about it but have lost 2 lbs so far. I am going to start my walking today since my 3 girls are all starting today to get ready for track. While they are running I can walk until I get to where I can jog! I work until 3 today and unfortunatley at my job I sit for most of 8 hours! So I have to move lots after work to make up for sitting!! I started the year at 267 and am 265, goal weight is 165-170lbs. If I meet the 5 lb challenge this year I will be over half way there by the end of the year!! Good Luck too everyone on meeting thier goals for the year!!
