Tuesday's P of A

Today's P of A (Plan of Action) was to wog 1 mile and walk the other mile, for a total of 2 miles out.

Well. I did pretty good, me thinks. Reality = wog .75 mile, walk 1.25 mileI was out for a total of 37 minutes, which was an 18.5 average mile.... not too shabby. Remember also, my "jogging" to this point has been on my jog-o-lean (my mini trampoline)

I could have done more. Maybe. Ok, I doubt that, really!! But. The "running shoes" I chose this morning were like brick weights on my feet. Oy.My.Gosh. I am serious. Note to self: those are only good for walking, no matter what the "experts" say LOL!!

The experts I have to listen to are my feet and legs, ya know?

So, next time - yes, there *will* be a next time - I will wear my "other" running shoes. They feel lighter and more flexible, so we'll see.

The main thing slowing me down besides the brick weights on my feet, was the ice. At 5:30 this morning, it was right at freezing, so v-e-r-y SLICK in spots so I had to watch for the icy patches so I wouldn't go down. I was passed a few times by a guy walking his dog and he even warned me to be careful! No kidding!

OK - hope you all had a great Tuesday - I am outta here for a bit. Gotta get the kid fed and some chores done (LOL) It's TBL tonight baby!! Woooohooooo!! We're getting down to the wire!! What are we down to: 7 people left??
