Yea!!! I made it for 15 minutes on treadmill walking 2.5 mph. Now, remember I have been sedentary for the last 8 years because of chronic pain. I took a pain pill and pushed through. I am so proud of myself. If I can make it 15 minutes 2 times a day I will really feel good about myself. I want to get this weight off and I know just cutting my calories isn't going to do it.
