Here is my day today. Breakfast: slimfast shake, 1/2 cup berries Snack: granola bar Lunch slimfast shake, 1/2 cup pineapple Snack: granola bar Dinner: 4 0z pot roast, small potato, carrots, 2 tbsp margarine 4 20 ounce bottle of water For a total of 1438 calories. This is the 4 day that I am on plan and not messed up. I also plan on walking on my treadmill today. Hope everyone has a great day.
