Guest guest
Well Sunday was a bust as far as execise goes... I just couldn't manage to find the motivation to hop on the bike after standing for 6 hours. I end up so stiff and sore after I work that if I sit for more then 10-15 minutes it is a pain getting up and walking.. literally! Monday I put it off and put it off and thinking I had time to fit it in, and then the dreaded phone number appears on my phone... the school calling and I have a sick kid... picked her up and then headed home with out alot of time before I had to get ready to head to work. Another day gone and no exercise in. Today... 21 minutes on the bike and so far 1015 calories in (almost already added snack I will eat soon). That means another 800-900 cals for dinner... problem is when I am at work it is difficult to find the time to eat. I am going to try to come up with something I can take with me that will be quick, simple, nutritous and in my calorie range. Easy right?!?!? LOL..... I hope eveyone is having a good day! a
Guest guest
I know it is hard to get motivated to exercise especially if you are tired. You will get in to the swing of things. Good Luck. a <amm@...> wrote: Well Sunday was a bust as far as execise goes... I just couldn't manage to find the motivation to hop on the bike after standing for 6 hours.
